About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Admin/Receptionist to join our real estate team in Business Bay. The ideal candidate will have a background in the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative and front desk duties efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and greet clients
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
- Support the sales team with day-to-day requirements
- Maintain a professional office environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the real estate industry (mandatory)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Based in Dubai
