Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Holiday Homes operations. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and freshers who are eager to build a career in the hospitality or property management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookings and calendar updates on platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
- Assist in listing and updating properties on short-term rental platforms.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for property readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest IDs, and expenses.
- Perform general administrative and office duties as needed.
Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge .
- Good communication skills in English; .
- Must be organized, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and respond efficiently to guest-related matters.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Familiarity with DTCM guidelines and holiday home rental platforms.
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
