We are hiring a female administrative assistant with a minimum of 1 -2 year experience in the Real Estate industry, The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task, proactive with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings with clients when necessary.
- Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls, manage and direct the information among co-workers effectively.
- Maintain paperwork and perform other administrative duties as and when assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the Real Estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are a plus.
- Phone Etiquette and Computer Literacy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
