Professional and highly organized assistant to help manage business emails, papers, calls, and further tasks provided. He / She should maintain strong written and verbal communication skills throughout calls, emails, and face to face interactions. Candidate is polished in appearance and a good ambassador for the company as he/she would be sitting at the reception. Applicants should also remain calm under pressure while managing conflicting priorities or tight deadlines but continue to work at a fast pace and continue to obtain a strong attention to detail. Also looking for an individual with accounting or bookkeeping background in order to manage day to day data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
