We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle routine office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital and physical)
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data entries
- Support HR, accounts, or operations team as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Basic understanding of HR or accounting procedures (a plus)
- Fluency in [English + any other language, e.g., Arabic/Hindi]

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
