About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director Revenue Management to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop and execute pricing strategies based on market trends, competition, and customer segments to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Forecast demand using historical data and market analysis, adjusting pricing and inventory to meet customer needs and seasonality.
- Optimize inventory and manage distribution channels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats, informing revenue optimization tactics.
- Analyze revenue performance and KPIs, preparing reports for senior management to track and improve financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals.
About you
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a relevant field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong skills in problem solving, leadership, team management, creativity, project management, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English required; additional languages relevant to key markets are a plus but not mandatory
