Company Summary:
We are a premium provider of eco-friendly cleaning solutions based in Dubai. For over 7 years, we have been serving the most discerning clients, offering high-end, sustainable cleaning services. As we expand our corporate division, we are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to help us grow our portfolio of corporate clients in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract new corporate clients;
- Conduct sales meetings and pitch presentations;
- Participate in tender processes and prepare commercial offers;
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate customers;
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships;
- Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams;
- Propose and implement innovative sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in active B2B sales;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Existing network among large companies in Dubai;
- Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory);
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, premium market environment.
