We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at a high-end Lebanese restaurant in Dubai. Our ideal candidate is an expert in crafting specialty coffees, preparing innovative cocktails, and creating stunning latte art. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing our guests with a unique and memorable dining experience by delivering top-quality beverages and warm hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and artistic lattes
- Create innovative and visually appealing latte art
- Craft unique cocktails with an emphasis on flavors that complement our Lebanese menu
- Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Engage with guests warmly and answer any questions about the menu or beverage options
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
- Strong skills in latte art and cocktail preparation
- A passion for coffee and creativity in beverage presentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Lebanese flavors and ingredients (preferred but not required)
