Job Description: Barista Trainer
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including commercial and specialty coffee as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and practical training sessions for students on beverage preparation techniques.
- Demonstrate mastery in various brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Train learners on hygiene, safety standards, and customer service in beverage service operations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Assist in curriculum development and stay updated with industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of field experience in barista or beverage service roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven expertise in hot & cold beverages, specialty coffee, and alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma, Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC), or Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Barista certifications or hospitality training credentials.
- Team-player attitude and ability to inspire trainees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,800.00 per month
