Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled IT Trainer with a versatile background in both technical and creative domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs across multiple IT and digital skill areas including MS Office, Web Designing, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Animation, Data Analytics, Data Science, Networking, Java, and Python. This role demands excellent communication, instructional design capabilities, and a passion for empowering learners of varying skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver structured training programs, workshops, and courses in-person and online.
Create comprehensive learning materials including manuals, presentations, video tutorials, and e-learning content.
Train students, employees, or corporate clients in one or more of the following domains:
Productivity Tools: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Programming: Python, Java
Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Design Tools
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Cybersecurity Principles and Practices
Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Data Analytics & Data Science Tools (Excel, Power BI, R, Python, SQL)
Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Analytics)
Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
Animation Tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender)
Networking Technologies (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Security Protocols)
Evaluate learners’ progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Customize training content based on audience needs (beginners, intermediate, or advanced levels).
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies across all relevant fields.
Maintain training records and generate performance reports for stakeholders.
Provide post-training support and mentorship to learners when needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience delivering training in one or more of the listed areas.
Strong command of instructional design principles and adult learning techniques.
Ability to convey complex topics to learners with varying levels of technical proficiency.
Proficiency in developing both instructor-led and e-learning training materials.
Preferred Certifications (Any of the following):
Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE) or MS Office Specialist
CompTIA (Security+, Network+)
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
AWS/Azure/GCP Certification
Google Digital Marketing Certification
Adobe Certified Professional (ACP)
Python or Java Programming Certifications (e.g., Oracle, PCEP/PCAP)
Data Science certifications (Coursera, edX, IBM, etc.)
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
Working Conditions:
Flexibility to deliver training sessions during evenings or weekends, as needed.
Remote and on-site training flexibility required.
