Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative for our CCTV Installer Company. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling SIRA security solutions to prospective clients. We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for technology and a knack for building lasting customer relationships. We will be building the sales team around the candidate and thus the candidate needs to be experienced and SALARY is NEGOTIABLE
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation.
Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Consultation:Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their security needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Provide expert advice on our range of CCTV and security products.
Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in CCTV technology and understand the features and benefits of our product offerings.
Effectively communicate technical information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
Sales Presentations:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value and capabilities of our CCTV systems.
Address client concerns and objections with confidence and professionalism.
Proposal Development:Create detailed and customized proposals based on client requirements.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible solutions.
Negotiation and Closing:Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Provide excellent post-sales support and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics and customer preferences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of CCTV and security systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive and motivated approach.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry is requirement.
- Driving License is required
