Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough to the desired size and thickness.
- Select and assemble fresh ingredients and toppings to create memorable pizzas.
- Manage the pizza oven, ensuring the perfect cooking temperature and bake times for optimal results.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
- Create unique, seasonal pizza recipes that highlight local ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Continuously experiment with new techniques and recipes to enhance the pizza menu.
- Prior experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques, including dough preparation and baking.
- Creativity in developing new recipes and flavor combinations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
