Role Overview:
We are hiring Business Development Consultants to join our expansion in the UAE. The role starts on a commission-based structure for the first three months and transitions into a competitive salary plus incentives upon successful performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert high-value leads across government, enterprise, and private sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Represent hashinclu.de’s solutions in business meetings and presentations.
- Work independently to achieve defined sales and business expansion goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE/Dubai market; government sector exposure is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
- Commission-based for the first 3 months.
- Transition to a competitive salary + incentives based on performance.
