Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with strong expertise in driving sales growth, building business opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Prior experience in the marine industry will be considered an added advantage, though not mandatory. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and proven business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Drive business growth through effective sales and negotiation strategies.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Lead and manage a team by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and ensuring accountability.
- Foster a collaborative, high-energy work environment aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability in sales and revenue forecasting.
- Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM).
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a senior sales role (marine industry experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
- Graduate degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
