Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Event Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele-calling, marketing, sales, and event coordination, with strong skills in social media engagement, influencing, and content creation (including vlogging). This role requires a dynamic personality who can connect with people, promote events, and contribute creatively to our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Tele-Calling & Client Outreach
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, sponsors, vendors, and event participants.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain and update contact databases.
✅ Marketing & Sales
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for promoting events and services.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and sponsors.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
✅ Event Coordination
- Plan and organize event logistics from start to finish.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate on-site event activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle post-event follow-up and reporting.
✅ Social Media Management, Influencing & Vlogging
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Film, edit, and publish vlogs showcasing events, behind-the-scenes activities, or promotional content.
- Grow followers and increase engagement through creative campaigns.
- Monitor trends in social media and suggest innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in event management, marketing, sales, or related roles.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- Strong tele-calling and customer engagement abilities.
- Creative content creation skills, including vlogging and social media storytelling.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings or weekends during events.
