We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, selling our digital marketing services, and meeting monthly sales targets. You will play a key role in helping us grow our client base in the UAE and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Pitch and sell our digital marketing services (e.g., social media marketing, website development, SEO, paid ads)
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client interaction data
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
- Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented
- UAE market knowledge is an advantage
- Must be available to join immediately or within short notice

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
