Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for our home healthcare services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and corporate clients.
- Drive patient referrals through effective networking and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
