About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the radiology sector, especially in sourcing MRI & CT referrals. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of physicians and healthcare providers, and a proven track record of driving business growth in medical imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities:
Proactively source leads through market research, networking, and attending industry-related events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships:
Build rapport with key stakeholders including referring doctors, hospital administrators, and clinic managers to enhance referral pipelines.
- Sales strategy & execution:
Plan and execute business development strategies to achieve referral and revenue targets.
- Market analysis:
Keep updated with current trends, competitor activities, and regional developments in the radiology field.
- Presentations and proposals:
Prepare compelling sales pitches and presentations to promote radiology services and increase referral base.
- Team collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, paramedics and customer service to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Performance tracking & reporting:
Maintain and report accurate records of sales activities and progress using CRM tools and provide regular updates to the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a radiology diagnostics environment
- Must have established contacts with general practitioners, specialists, and key referral sources in the region
- Proven ability to generate and convert RADIOLOGY referrals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Previous local experience in working with diagnostic centers or imaging service providers
- Familiarity with the UAE healthcare market and insurance landscape
