Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our manpower/staffing team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting manpower outsourcing, contract staffing, and recruitment services across the UAE/GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital outreach.
- Meet clients (construction companies, facility management, marine, oil & gas, hospitality, etc.) to understand manpower needs.
- Pitch and present manpower supply and recruitment solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service.
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and convert them to clients.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on business development activities.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the manpower/staffing industry in UAE/GCC.
- Strong network of contacts in industries like construction, FM, logistics, marine, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- UAE driving license (preferred or mandatory).
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and handle client accounts.
