Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Real Estate) to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Promote and present real estate properties to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies and RERA regulations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated on property laws, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in real estate or sales (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
- RERA certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
