We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the real estate sector, with a proven track record in driving sales, building client relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients within the real estate industry, including developers, brokers, and property management firms.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding.
- Represent the company at real estate events, networking functions, and exhibitions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA or BBA in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development or sales within the real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
