Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers
- Promote products/services and explain features and benefits
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI
Criteria:
- With at least 3 years experience in Telesales & Customer service
- With strong sales conversion skills.
- Sales Target oriented
- Computer Proficient
- Preferably Arabic speaking
- Flexible to work in shift timings / holidays/ weekend
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
