Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the sports retail industry and a proven track record of driving growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of sports products, market dynamics, and retail operations, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sports retail sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key accounts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to create effective business strategies.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Manage vendor and brand partnerships to enhance product offerings and competitiveness.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of existing retail outlets and propose new store locations.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and merchandising teams to align business goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role within the sports retail industry in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of sporting goods, apparel, footwear, and equipment brands.
- Established network within the UAE sports retail or distribution market.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
