QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, market research, and feasibility analysis.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
2. Feasibility Studies:
- Develop and execute feasibility studies for potential business ventures, assessing resource requirements, financial projections, and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare detailed reports to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
3. Business Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Define and prioritize business development initiatives aligned with the company's long-term goals.
4. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Engage with potential investors and external partners to secure new business deals.
5. Project Management:
- Oversee projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesive project delivery and success.
6. Performance Tracking:
- Monitor the progress of business initiatives and performances against established metrics.
- Ensure continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and integrating lessons learned.
