We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Abu Dhabi broker license and have proven expertise in both off-plan and secondary markets. This role requires a strong leader who can manage, motivate, and guide a sales team to achieve and exceed targets while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate brokers and agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan and secondary markets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
- Stay updated with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, regulations, and opportunities.
- Assist in closing high-value transactions and supporting team members during negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Abu Dhabi Real Estate Broker License (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with expertise in both off-plan and secondary markets.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a competitive market.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
