Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to onboard holiday homes and vacation rentals.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate partners.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas and property segments.
- Strategic Partnerships
- Establish partnerships with local real estate agents, tourism boards, and property management companies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with property owners and stakeholders.
- Portfolio Growth & Optimization
- Expand the holiday homes portfolio with a focus on quality, location, and guest appeal.
- Ensure properties meet company standards for amenities, design, safety, and guest experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure successful property launches and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance and profitability.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track KPIs including acquisition numbers, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1+ years) in business development, sales, in short-term rental sector.
- Strong understanding of the holiday home/vacation rental market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
