Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) in Real Estate Brokerage is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the brokerage’s client base. The role involves strategic planning, lead generation, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the brokerage’s market presence and client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful property transactions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust business development strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and partners in line with company policies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Work closely with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and materials tailored to target clients.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market developments to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in business development or sales within real estate brokerage or property management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and brokerage operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel and attend networking events as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
