- Lead and direct site workers, including masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and laborers.
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily work schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers and foremen to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure correct interpretation of drawings and plans on-site.
- Inspect work progress and quality to meet project standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure PPE (personal protective equipment) is used properly.
- Request and manage materials and tools required for daily activities.
- Monitor use and prevent wastage.
- Maintain daily progress records and report site activities to supervisors or engineers.
- Inform management of any issues, delays, or potential hazards.
