Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Client Coordinator who can independently manage all office and Director-related tasks. This role requires someone with a 360-degree approach—handling professional responsibilities seamlessly, with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1.Identify generate new business opportunities.
2.Serve as the first point of contact for client communication (email, phone, in-person).
3.Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
4.Share client updates, reports, and ensure timely delivery of information.
5.Maintain office essentials (stationery, refreshments, etc.) and manage stock levels.
6.Handle office utility bills (Wi-Fi, electricity, water, phone, etc.) and ensure timely payments.
7.Coordinate with vendors/service providers for repairs, installations, and general office upkeep.
8.Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and monthly reimbursements.
9.Keep physical and digital files organized for client communications, bills, and internal documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
