Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Client relation representative who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, particularly within the staffing or professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective clients across industries to expand our client base
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into revenue opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop long-term partnerships
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate staffing/IT service solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare and deliver professional business presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Nationality: Arabic (mandatory)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in business development or sales
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
- IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT concepts, solutions, and industry terminology
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work Ethic: Smart, hardworking, confident, and result-oriented with a sincere attitude
- Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Advantageous: Experience in staffing/professional services industry is a plus
