Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, client communications, and documentation
- Attend meetings, contribute strategic input, and ensure expectations are aligned across teams
- Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
- Prepare and manage quotations, job orders, and cost/time estimates
- Maintain accurate records and comprehensive project documentation
- Address client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Conduct site visits and represent the company in client-facing situations
- Negotiate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while balancing client satisfaction and profitability
- Monitor budget adherence and propose cost-saving measures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth, end-to-end client experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing, Project Coordination, or Account Management within Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Fit-Out industries (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, reports, data handling)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Flexible availability to accommodate project timelines
