will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and effective contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all commercial and contractual matters across projects.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, claims, and variations.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Manage tendering and procurement processes.
- Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in commercial management within the construction/contracting sector (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage
