Masar Al Ameen Real Estate L.L.C. is a fast-growing real estate agency in Dubai, with a strong presence in the commercial sector. We specialize in leasing, buying, and selling commercial properties including office spaces, retail units, warehouses, and buildings across key business districts.
We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager with a deep understanding of Dubai’s commercial property market, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering results.
Your Role:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of 10–12 commercial real estate agents
- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on commercial properties
- Monitor team performance and support agents in achieving their targets
- Guide agents through negotiations, closing deals, and building client relationships
- Maintain your own portfolio of clients and high-value commercial listings
- Stay informed on market trends, commercial developments, and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to ensure optimal lead generation and client service

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai commercial real estate
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s commercial property market (office, retail, industrial)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
