Role Description
We're hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to lead and expand our commercial portfolio. You’ll play a key role in driving strategic leasing, tenant representation, and high-value transactions—while working alongside our elite team of real estate professionals.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Dubai office.
What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial leasing negotiations with landlords and tenants
- Represent and guide corporate clients throughout the leasing and acquisition process
- Drive sales, listings, and business development across key commercial sectors
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value commercial transactions
- Stay updated on market trends, zoning regulations, and property values
- Deliver a professional, data-driven experience to every client
Who You Are
- A licensed commercial broker with a solid network and reputation in Dubai
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate (leasing, investments, or sales)
- Strong knowledge of lease negotiations and tenant representation
- A closer with a proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent communicator—fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Able to work independently, manage your portfolio, and thrive under pressure
- Familiarity with Dubai’s commercial property laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
