Job description
1. Government Liaison
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and various UAE government departments (e.g., Ministry of Labour, Immigration Department, Economic Department, etc.).
- Attend meetings with government officials when required.
2. Visa and Immigration Services
- Manage all aspects of employee and dependent visas:
- New visa applications
- Visa renewals
- Visa cancellations
- Handle Emirates ID processing, medical fitness tests, and labor contracts.
3. Labor and Employment Documentation
- Process labor cards and employment contracts through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
- Assist with work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
4. Business Licensing and Company Documentation
- Apply for new trade licenses and renew existing ones with the Department of Economic Development (DED).
- Handle approvals, amendments, and updates for licenses and company-related government documents.
5. Legal Compliance
- Ensure the company is compliant with all UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor and act upon upcoming expirations for visas, labor cards, trade licenses, etc.
6. Document Clearing and Notarization
- Handle notarization, attestation, and translation of official documents.
- Submit and collect official documents and approvals from government offices.
7. Other Administrative Tasks
- Organize and maintain records of all government transactions.
- Provide up-to-date information to management on government regulations and procedures.
