About The Role
The main responsibility of the role is to assist the Talent Acquisition team with secretarial support and coordination of all recruitment and onboarding related tasks in the department.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting with all recruitment and onboarding related administration from the time the candidate has been offered up to candidate’s arrival to the property
- Assisting in organizing online and in-person interview sessions for internal and external candidates
- Ensuring that applicants and recruitment agencies are provided with timely feedback while working closely with the recruiter in charge
- Assisting in the coordination of Talent Acquisition projects set by the department head
- Document control – gathering, reviewing and maintaining all candidate documents in line with the onboarding process standards
- Assisting with onboarding management - working closely with travel department and government relations team with regards to visas, relocation, personal files, accommodation, transportation, orientation, flight bookings
- Communicating with candidates and recruitment partners in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining all recruitment related administration issues including invoicing, attestations of documents, correspondence with recruitment agencies, medical receipt expense reports etc.
- Any and all other duties as may be assigned by the Talent Acquisition Lead or Talent Acquisition Director.
About You
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in an HR function, ideally in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You should be comfortable coordinating busy schedules and high volume of email communication while maintaining a professional and engaging approach. Person in this role needs to demonstrate attention to details and ability to notice and address compliance discrepancies. Proficiency with MS Office, ability to read and produce reports as well as quickly adapting to new recruitment systems and applications are necessary to succeed in this role.
