Job Summary:
The CRM Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the CRM system to ensure the effective tracking of leads, client interactions, deal progress, and agent performance. You will coordinate between sales, marketing, and admin teams to ensure data integrity, lead allocation, timely follow-ups, and reporting. Experience in real estate and familiarity with CRM tools like Bitrix24, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or PropertyFinder CRM is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management
- Maintain, update, and optimize the company’s CRM system (e.g., Bitrix24, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Monitor incoming leads from portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, PropertyFinder, etc.) and ensure correct tagging and allocation.
- Set up and manage automated workflows, reminders, and sales pipelines.
Lead Handling & Distribution
- Distribute leads to agents based on predefined criteria (availability, specialization, area, performance).
- Ensure agents update lead statuses and follow-up actions in a timely manner.
- Monitor lead response time to ensure SLA compliance.
Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Ensure all property listings, client information, and deals are updated and accurate.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management on lead performance, agent productivity, and deal closures.
- Detect and flag duplicate or inactive leads.
Sales Support
- Support agents with CRM-related issues and training.
- Assist in integrating marketing campaigns and ensuring leads from ads are properly tracked.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for tracking campaigns and ROI via CRM.
System Optimization
- Regularly review and suggest improvements in CRM configurations, templates, and processes.
- Implement custom fields, filters, dashboards, and reports as required by management.
- Liaise with CRM vendors or technical support teams for troubleshooting or customization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a CRM or sales support role, preferably in real estate in the UAE.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Bitrix24, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and terminology.
- Experience working with property listing portals and CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and basic CRM workflow creation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
