Reporting to Deputy CRM Manager Tasks and responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationship with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively via attending phone calls, emails and assisting walk in customers owner and tenants - Existing Tenant contract renewals coordination’s and registration of Ejari/ attested contract and owners transfer with the tenants and emails, phone calls and payment plan and finalize the contract. - Documentation and filling scanned for renewal or new tenant for managed and non-manage units /SPA and transfer agreement. - Timely update of our internal databases with the customer information with regards to contact details and their relevant documents. - Customer complaint resolution and registration notifying client on maintained quotation and obtaining approvals. - Assisting and coordinating with CS facility on any maintained issue related complaints received. - Registration pf sending cutoff date notification to Etihad , Emicool, Empower , DEWA, and DLD Downloading all utility bills in respective to utility provider. - Generating monthly report to be submitted to Supervisor review. - Dealing with brokers.
