Key Accountabilities
- Execute CRM campaigns as per given instructions.
- Setup of content for E-Mail, SMS and Paid Social Campaigns.
- Ensure full tracking of executed campaigns.
- Assisting the Asst. Manager CRM in the day to day coordination with other departments.
- Generate Weekly & Monthly Sales reports requested.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to help creating meaningful reports on Campaign Performance.
- Calling customers every day for MSI survey (Sales & Service)
- Achieve 80% successful calls from MSI Sales as target.
- Prepare monthly MSI Sales report
- Handling & communicate with customers problems and complaints.
- Prepare fact sheet for CRM suppliers – Approval & sending LPO to supplier.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills essential.
- Strong experience with Campaign Management/Marketing Automation Platforms
- Bachelor’s in Marketing or Communications desirable
- 2 - 3 years of in administrative support activities is an advantage.
- Skills : Interpersonal, Communication and ability to meet deadlines are essential
- Arabic/English essential, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
