Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Croissant Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in laminated dough techniques, precision in baking, and a true passion for artisanal pastry. As a Croissant Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality croissants and viennoiseries that meet our restaurant’s premium standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, laminate, and shape dough for croissants and other viennoiseries with consistency and accuracy
- Ensure proper proofing, baking, and finishing techniques to achieve excellent texture, flavor, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workstation and equipment
- Monitor inventory of ingredients, report shortages, and assist with ordering supplies
- Follow strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all bakery operations
- Collaborate with the pastry and kitchen team to maintain quality and efficiency
- Contribute ideas for seasonal pastry variations and menu innovations
Requirements
