Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to accurately answer questions.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics) to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Upsell or recommend additional products and services when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution time.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, positive attitude under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual abilities, especially Arabic, are a strong advantage (if relevant to your posting).
