Job description
The Automobile Service Advisor - Insurance acts as a liaison between customers, insurance companies, and the service department. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the service department, accurately documenting repair orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all insurance claims are processed promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding customer service experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and vehicle issues, providing professional and empathetic assistance..
- Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Work directly with insurance companies to process claims.
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters on behalf of customers to obtain the best repair rates and ensure proper coverage.
- Create detailed and accurate repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle diagnostics.
- Ensure parts are ordered and available for scheduled repairs.
- Ensure that all repairs are performed to the highest standards and meet customer expectations.
- Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification or training in automotive service advising or a related field is preferred.
- UAE Driving Licence
- Experience:
- Proven experience 3 to 4 Years as a service advisor role within the automotive industry for Luxury cars
- Spare Parts Knowledge .
