The Mechanic Service Advisor (Arabic Speaker) acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They are responsible for interpreting customer concerns and relaying accurate repair information to technicians, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and facilitating efficient workflow in the workshop.
يعمل مستشار خدمة الميكانيكا (متحدث اللغة العربية) كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية بين العملاء وقسم الخدمة. وهو مسؤول عن تفسير مشكلات العملاء ونقل المعلومات بدقة إلى الفنيين، مع ضمان رضا العملاء وتنظيم سير العمل في الورشة بشكل فعال.
Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- Greet customers, assess their vehicle issues, and provide repair recommendations
- استقبال العملاء، تقييم مشكلات مركباتهم، وتقديم التوصيات الخاصة بالصيانة أو الإصلاح
- Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians
- التواصل الواضح والدقيق مع العملاء والفنيين
- Prepare job cards, estimates, and service reports
- إعداد بطاقات العمل والتقديرات وتقارير الخدمة
- Translate technical information between Arabic-speaking customers and the service team
- ترجمة المعلومات الفنية بين العملاء الناطقين بالعربية وفريق الخدمة
- Follow up on repair progress and keep the customer informed
- متابعة تقدم العمل وإبقاء العميل على اطلاع
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء باحترافية وتصعيدها عند الحاجة
- Ensure all documentation and service records are accurately maintained
- التأكد من توثيق كافة المستندات وسجلات الخدمة بدقة
Requirements | المتطلبات:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive services
- خبرة مثبتة كمستشار خدمة أو في مجال خدمات السيارات
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- الطلاقة في اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا)
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- معرفة فنية قوية بأنظمة السيارات وأعمال الصيانة
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وخدمة عملاء عالية المستوى
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مهام متعددة
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software is a plus
- إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس وبرامج إدارة الورش تعتبر ميزة إضافية
Preferred Qualifications | المؤهلات المفضلة:
- Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or related field
- دبلوم أو شهادة في تقنية السيارات أو مجال ذي صلة
- Previous experience in GCC or multicultural automotive environments
- خبرة سابقة في دول الخليج أو في بيئات عمل متعددة الثقافات
