1. Managing front desk operations, greeting customers, and handling inquiries.
2. Receiving and processing mobile devices for repair, including data entry and documentation.
3. Communicating repair status, estimates, and completion times to customers.
4. Excellent communication (Fluency English and Arabic )
5. Coordinating with technicians to prioritize repairs and manage workflow.
6.Familiarity with mobile phone models and brands.
7. Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
