Developer Relationship Executive – Dubai
We’re hiring a sharp, energetic and dynamic candidate with a developer’s eye! If you speak Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Malyalam, Bengali and solid English—and know how to close deals—let’s talk.
You'll:
- Provide expert guidance to clients on property investments, sales
- Manage a portfolio of premium listings and build long-term client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.
You've Got:
- 2+ yrs in developer experience
- Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Malyalam, Bengali etc and English Languages.
- Dubai market knowledge (bonus!)
- RERA certificate (preferred but not necessary)
- Driven, goal-focused, people-smart
- Broker relation network is a plus
- UAE Driving Licence
