Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director Marketing to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As the head of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, driving growth, and leading innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and excellence
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Direct market research efforts to identify new opportunities and consumer insights
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions
- Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Present marketing plans and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Cultivate relationships with key partners, agencies, and media outlets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and content marketing
- Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with UAE market trends and consumer behavior (preferred)
- Professional marketing certifications (e.g., CIM, AMA) are a plus
- Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our company's sector
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
