Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller who is fluent in Tagalog to manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring proper handling, version control, and accessibility of all company records. The ideal candidate will support project efficiency, communication, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, tracking, and distribution of documents.
- Organize and archive physical and electronic records in a structured manner.
- Ensure documents comply with internal standards and procedures.
- Facilitate the flow of documents between internal teams, clients, and external parties.
- Prepare and submit document control reports and summaries.
- Provide exceptional customer service support to clients.
- Manage and maintain documentation as per company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Assist in general office tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals.
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a document control role (car auctions experience is a plus).
Skills:
- Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or other EDMS).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of handling confidential and sensitive information responsibly.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
