What you will be doing:
- Manage and customize our CRM system.
- Support integration with internal tools and third-party platforms.
- Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage user access.
- Provide technical support and training to staff.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline digital workflows and automation.
What we are expecting from you:
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and system administration skills.
- Familiarity with API integrations and workflow automation.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be available in UAE.
