- Utilize AutoCAD software to prepare architectural layouts based on concept design drawings. This includes detailing furniture, ceiling arrangements, flooring layouts, partitions, sections, and elevations according to project requirements.
- Generate architectural details and shop drawings, encompassing spot and fixing details of flooring, ceiling installations, partitions, screens, signages, and other architectural elements as dictated by project specifications.
- Develop shop drawings for custom fabricated joinery and furniture, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to interpret design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings.
- Maintain awareness of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of drafting tasks.
- Coordinate with project teams to address any revisions or modifications to drawings throughout the design and construction phases.
- Assist in the coordination and integration of architectural drawings with other disciplines such as structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all drafted designs.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge in AutoCAD and related software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Qualifications
- Education qualifications: Minimum graduate & above
- Experience - Minimum 3 years' UAE experience in Fit-out/retail
- Certifications - Auto CADD – (3d Max, SketchUp)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
