We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Online Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the efficient processing of bulk orders. This role requires constant interaction with e-commerce platforms to sell products in bulk, follow up on payments, and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Sales Management:
- Drive sales through various online channels (e.g., website, e-commerce platforms, and social media).
- Constantly engage with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify) to sell products in bulk and ensure product listings are up-to-date and attractive.
- Monitor online product performance and collaborate with platforms to optimize visibility and sales.
- Bulk Order Processing & Payment Follow-Up:
- Handle bulk orders by liaising directly with e-commerce platforms and clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on payment processing, including invoicing and clearing pending payments.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payment tracking and manage discrepancies, if any.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity on e-commerce platforms to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track sales data, payment follow-up status, and conversion rates from e-commerce platforms.
- Provide regular sales reports to management and suggest improvements to increase bulk sales.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely payment collection.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and new strategies.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the company’s product offerings and e-commerce tools to maintain an edge in sales.
- Provide customers with detailed product information and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce, particularly in bulk sales (4-5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify etc) and bulk sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- A good understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
